At DJK International LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the unworn items with original packaging and designer tags into the shipping box to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
